Mud Tea

Mud tea is what is served at our house by a cute little 19 month old!  Mud tea is good for you because it is all natural, comes from the ground, is easy to make, and packed full of important nutrients such as: phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc, manganese, and iron.  So, who wants a cup?!?!
How to make mud tea- First, you get dirt from the middle of your Nammie's patio stone (and you just pick from one hole over and over again).
Then, you place the dirt in a tea cup.
You get the best flavor if you pass the dirt back and forth between cups to stir up the ingredients.
Lastly, you drink up!!!  Cheers!!! : )
